Fazle Ghani Khan was a former judge of the High Court of West Pakistan and Chairman of the Baluchistan Law Reform Commission. He was an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Pakistan and specialized in administrative, property and employment laws.
He sat as an arbitrator and acted as counsel in a number of arbitration proceedings and dispute resolution tribunals. He was also on the Governing Board of a number of educational institutions in Karachi, Pakistan.
Fazle Ghani Khan began his law career in the offices of Sardar Muhammad Iqbal, who later became Chief Justice of the Lahore High Court. He founded Fazleghani Advocates in Lahore in 1953. He sat as a Judge of the High Court of West Pakistan 1965 till 1971 and reestablished the firm in 1971 in Karachi.
